Pricing questions
What is Craftfolio?
A subscription service that gives you a ready-to-customise portfolio website: a personal subdomain, hosting, WordPress and a professional email address.
What do I receive after purchasing?
A portfolio subdomain, hosting, a WordPress install with a starter portfolio, a business email account and your WordPress administrator credentials once setup is complete.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. We handle hosting and installation. Editing text and images in WordPress is similar to using a document editor.
Is WordPress already installed?
Yes. We install and configure it before sending your login details.
How will I receive my login credentials?
By email, after your plan is arranged and your subdomain and hosting are set up.
Can I edit my portfolio myself?
Yes. You receive administrator access and can update content independently.
Do I receive a business email?
Yes, a professional email account is included in both plans.
Can I cancel my monthly subscription?
Contact contact@craftfolio.online to discuss cancellation. Detailed terms will be published before payments are automated.
What happens if I choose the annual plan?
You pay the $35 early-access price for a full year instead of $4 each month.
Can I use my own domain in the future?
Custom domains are not included in the current plans. Ask us at contact@craftfolio.online about future options.
